My Workout this week; 26 July 2010
Sunday: Day off, ate well
Monday: Gym 6am Centergy class. Very cool class mix of Yoga and Pilates. Sweating 10 minutes into it, Highly recommend
Tuesday: Resting…OK I might have overslept then proceeded to do nothing all day long but I did eat really nutritious food.
Wednesday: Centergy class again. I really love this class. If I get up early enough I will do some weights before.
Thursday: I got to do weights today. I have to. Then around 1230 I’m leaving for DC!
Friday: Attending NASM workshop in Arlington, VA
Saturday: Attending NASM workshop in Arlington, VA
Basically this week will be cut short because of the trip to Arlington. Will be posting pics!
